【DSD】Those who must bring a doctor's note
DSD/Licence holders: for your own safety, all representatives must have ALL participants read THOROUGHLY this medical questionnaire before confirming your booking 【DSD Medical Checklist】 （←CLICK）Any item with an answer "YES" means you must bring a doctor's note indicating "I find no medical conditions that I consider incompatible with scuba diving." and signed and dated by the doctor with the clinic's details or letter head. Please also indicate any medical conditions WHEN you are booking (fill in Remarks).
Those with asthma or those with diabetes requiring insulin injections may not join our activites.
Flow of Tour (DSD and Snorkelling order is not fixed

| 00 | Meet-up / Registration / Changing / Briefing Meet at our shop (free parking available). Roll call. Receive wetsuit and get changed in our changing room. Listen to the instructor’s briefing. You will be transpiered to the pier by shuttle. |
| 40 | Departure from the shop / Set sail / Start snorkeling / Arrive at Blue Cave / Snorkeling ends Snorkel while swimming toward the Blue Cave (about 100 meters). Enjoy tropical fish along the way. After arriving at the Blue Cave, snorkel back along the same route. |
| 120 | Return to pier / DSD briefing Boat returns to pier. Diving instructions will be provided at the pier. |
| 180 | Depart again / Enter the water / Surface practice / Start diving / End diving Practice breathing at the surface, then dive underwater. Enjoy the underwater world for about 30 minutes. |
| 240 | Return to shop / Changing & Shower / Return wetsuit Boat returns to pier. Return to the shop by shuttle. Rinse off (shampoo and soap not allowed). Return the wetsuit. |
| 260 | Completion. Tour ends at the shop’s parking lot. |
